I’m installing the latest 16.10 Preview 1 on my machine today. Note that both versions can be installed concurrently so you can work with production code using version 16.9 and prevent possible unintended side effects of new features in 16.10 Preview 1.

The download is 2.62 GB and updating may take a while depending on the speed of your internet connection.
